The long brass arm gives it such a graceful vintage look

I was drawn to the wide horizontal shape because it feels much lighter than a traditional chandelier. The two shades balance the room beautifully, and the brass finish gives the whole fitting a lovely old-world warmth.

The ceramic shades give off a wonderfully soft glow

We chose the ceramic version because I liked the idea of some light passing through the shade itself. In the evening it creates a gentler, warmer effect than I expected and feels especially cosy over dinner.

A brilliant fit over a rectangular dining table

The proportions are what sold me. Instead of one central pool of light, the two shades spread the visual weight across the table and make the dining area feel far more balanced.

The aluminium shades feel neat and practical

I went with the metal shade option and really like the crisp, clean look. It still has the vintage character of the overall design, but the shades feel simple, sturdy and easy to live with.

Looks like something from a beautifully restored old café

There’s a subtle European bistro feel to the twin shades and slender brass frame. We paired it with a wooden dining table and bentwood chairs, and the whole setup now feels much more atmospheric.

The symmetry is incredibly satisfying

The two shades sit so neatly at either end of the arm that the whole fitting feels calm and well proportioned. It’s decorative without relying on lots of extra detail.

A nice alternative to a bulky multi-light chandelier

I wanted more than one light over the table but didn’t want a heavy frame overhead. This keeps everything visually open while still giving the room a proper focal point.

The brass warms up our neutral kitchen beautifully

Our kitchen is mostly cream, oak and stone, so the warm metal was exactly what the room needed. The slim arms add definition without making the space feel overly polished.

Vintage in character, but not at all fussy

I usually avoid retro lighting because some designs feel too themed. This is much more restrained, with simple shades and elegant proportions that work surprisingly well with modern furniture.

The downward shades make the dining area feel intimate

I like how each shade focuses attention towards the table rather than lighting the whole ceiling. It makes evening meals feel warmer and gives the room a much more inviting centre.

The little central detail adds more character than expected

The small decorative piece beneath the centre joint is easy to miss in photos, but in person it gives the fitting a more finished, traditional feel. It’s a tiny touch that makes the design feel special.

Works beautifully in an older property

We have original cornicing and timber floors, and this pendant feels completely at home without looking like a reproduction. The brass and simple twin-shade layout bridge old and new very nicely.

The ceramic version has a lovely delicate quality

I was slightly nervous about choosing ceramic shades, but visually I’m glad I did. The pale material gives the fitting a softer presence and the light-transmitting effect is especially pretty after dark.

Worth choosing the shade material based on the look you want

The ceramic option feels softer and more luminous, while the aluminium version has a cleaner, more solid appearance. We went with aluminium for practicality and are very pleased, though deciding between the two took us a while.
