Veleina Glass Wall Lamp

We did not have room for a pendant, so I was looking for something decorative that stayed close to the ceiling. The curved amber glass makes this feel far more special than a standard flush fitting.

During the day it has a warm amber tone, but once the light is on the shade becomes much deeper and more atmospheric. It makes the room feel instantly cosier.

I expected to notice the light mainly from underneath, but the curved glass edges look fantastic from the doorway. It has a sculptural quality even when switched off.

I wanted something small but full of character for the hallway, and this was exactly right. The fluted glass shape catches the light beautifully and gives the space a much softer evening atmosphere.

I love how the top edge rises and falls instead of forming a plain bowl. It gives the light a softer, almost flower-like profile without becoming too ornate.

I wanted something with a little old-world charm but not a traditional chandelier. This has just enough retro character and works beautifully with darker timber furniture.

The flowing sides give the shade a lovely sense of movement. From different angles the curves catch the light differently, which makes such a compact fitting surprisingly interesting.

Our walls are cream and the furniture is mostly oak, so the amber glass adds exactly the colour the room was missing. It feels warm and decorative without being too bold.

We replaced a plain white ceiling light and the difference was immediate. This adds colour, shape and a much more welcoming feel without taking up any extra headroom.

I like vintage lighting, but I did not want the room to look like a period set. The amber glass gives a nod to older design while the simple flush format keeps everything current.

This is not the sort of light that feels harsh or clinical. The coloured glass gives the room a much softer atmosphere, especially when we are relaxing later at night.

There is something very satisfying about the way the shade curves outward and then folds back in. It gives the ceiling a proper feature without needing anything large or elaborate.

We already had a few warmer metal details in the room, and this ties in naturally. The amber glass adds depth while keeping the whole scheme feeling soft and cohesive.

The amber tone is more noticeable once the light is on than I imagined from the photos, but in our room that actually works beautifully. I love the effect, so that small surprise is my only reason for four stars.
